The betPARX welcome offer: what to check first
We could not confirm a live new-customer offer for betPARX from an official source on the date of this review, so we are not going to print one. The current terms, any Promo Code and the state-by-state variations are on the betPARX site and in its app when you register.
For context, the launch announcement for the redesigned app in March 2022 described the kind of promotions betPARX has run: a free sports bet for new players and a risk-free first wager. Those were launch-era offers and they have changed since, so treat them as history, not a promise.
Before you accept any welcome offer, read four things in the terms:
- Form of the reward. Bonus bets and cash are not the same. A bonus bet usually pays winnings but not the stake, so a $50 bonus bet at +200 returns $100, not $150.

Who runs betPARX: licensing by state
The three states each have a different license holder:
- Pennsylvania: the license is held by Parx Casino, operated by Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment. betPARX launched in March 2022 and is listed on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s sportsbook master list.
- New Jersey: betPARX crossed the river in March 2022 under the Harrah’s license held by Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, which appears in the Division of Gaming Enforcement’s internet gaming permit list as an affiliate of Harrah’s Atlantic City.
- Michigan: the Gun Lake Tribe holds the license. The Michigan Gaming Control Board lists the platform provider as BetPARX, with the site operating as Play Gun Lake, which went live for sports betting in August 2021.
