TVG overview: from racing network to FanDuel Racing
TVG is one of the most trusted racebooks available in the U.S. FanDuel says horse racing wagering is available in 31 states. TVG grew massively in popularity after 2018, when Paddy Power Betfair combined its U.S. business, which included TVG, with the FanDuel Group. Nowadays, all major American races are available, including all three Triple Crown races.
The TV side of the brand changed first. The TVG cable network was relaunched as FanDuel TV in 2022, adding sports betting programming alongside racing. The wagering platform is now following, with FanDuel Racing replacing the TVG app.
One factor that lets it down compared to some rivals is the number of international meetings covered.
