DraftKings Sportsbook Promo Code: No Code Needed, Offer Shown at Sign-Up

By American.Bet TeamUpdated Oct 31, 2026

DraftKings Sportsbook is the app most New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan bettors have already heard of, built on a deep menu of player props and alternate lines and tied to a rewards program that also covers its casino. The licensing is spread across an Atlantic City hotel casino, a Pennsylvania racetrack and a tribal resort in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, so here is how it works in each state.

What new customers get at DraftKings Sportsbook

DraftKings states that you get its offers “without the need of a promo code”, so there is nothing to type at registration: the offer is attached to your account when you sign up and make a first qualifying bet. We could not confirm a current new-customer offer for New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan from an official DraftKings page today. The most recent official announcement we found, a March 2026 launch post, advertised “Bet $5, get $300 in bonus bets” for a new state, and DraftKings’ own offer pages have used a $5 first bet as the qualifier. Amounts, eligible states and expiry dates change by promotion, so confirm what your state is showing before you stake.

What does not change is how bonus bets behave. DraftKings describes them as single-use, non-transferable and non-withdrawable, with no cash value, and winnings are credited without the stake. A $10 bonus bet at +100 returns $10 in profit, not $20. That makes bonus bets worth more on plus-money picks than on heavy favorites.

Props, alternate lines and the parlay builder

The product is where DraftKings earns its reputation. The App Store listing lists moneylines, parlays, same-game parlays, player props and live in-game betting across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, soccer, golf, UFC, MMA, boxing, motorsports, esports and college sports. The Pennsylvania and Michigan apps share that depth: you can move a spread or total along the alternate-line ladder and see the payout change before you commit.

Profit Boosts are a regular feature, and the listing also mentions boxing and election markets. Two other products live inside the same app but run separately from the sportsbook under different rules: DraftKings Predictions and DraftKings Racing. If you only want to bet on sports, you can ignore both.

The DraftKings app and website

The iPhone app is rated 4.8 out of 5 from about 1.4 million ratings, and an Android app is available. One login covers the sportsbook, and in NJ, PA and MI it also reaches DraftKings Casino, because the casino is only offered in a handful of states (Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia). The app requires iOS 17 or later.

Deposits, withdrawals and payout speed

DraftKings does not publish a payment-method list on its App Store page or promotions page, so we will not guess at one. Open the cashier in your state to see the methods available to you, including any minimums and processing times. As with every US sportsbook, expect to verify your identity before your first withdrawal.

Dynasty Rewards: the loyalty angle

DraftKings runs Dynasty Rewards across sports and casino play. In New Jersey, where the sportsbook is licensed through Resorts Casino Hotel and DraftKings runs the retail sportsbook inside the property, play earns Crowns that can be redeemed for bonus credits and items in the Dynasty Store. Michigan players get Dynasty Rewards perks online, and the Bay Mills resort in Brimley runs a DraftKings retail sportsbook. If you split your play between the sportsbook and casino, this is a real reason to keep it all in one place.

How to sign up in three minutes

  • Download the DraftKings Sportsbook app or open the website.
  • Register with your legal name and date of birth; a valid U.S. Social Security number is required.
  • Confirm you are 21+ and physically in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan.
  • Make a deposit and place your first qualifying bet, then check the offer tile on your rewards page.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: deep props and alternate lines; same-game parlays; Profit Boosts; one account across sportsbook and casino; Dynasty Rewards; a top-rated app.
  • Cons: the new-customer offer is not fixed and varies by state and date; no published payment list on its public pages.

Who is behind DraftKings Sportsbook: licensing in each state

DraftKings holds a different license partner in each of our three states. In New Jersey, it operates under the license of Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, regulated by the Division of Gaming Enforcement. In Pennsylvania, The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County carries the license, listed on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s sportsbook master list; the property is now branded Hollywood Casino at the Meadows. In Michigan, the Bay Mills Indian Community, owner of Bay Mills Resort & Casino, is the partner, as shown on the Michigan Gaming Control Board’s authorized provider list.

You must be 21+ and physically inside a state where DraftKings is licensed. We cover the three markets in detail: start with New Jersey and its NJ sportsbooks, then see betting in Pennsylvania and Michigan sportsbooks. Browse every current offer on our promo codes page, and see how we assess operators on how we review.

Customer support

DraftKings runs an online help center with articles on bonus bets, deposits and account verification, and you can reach support from inside the app. For account-specific issues, sign in first so the agent can see your history.

Responsible gambling

DraftKings offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in its account tools. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER. You must be 21+ and in a legal state to bet. More help is on our responsible gambling page and at GambleAware.org.
